A creative plunge where light connects identity, humour and freedom

In Decornautas, interior architecture takes on the status of a visual manifesto. WeLight was invited to translate that disruptive spirit through light — not as an isolated technical resource, but as an integral part of the spatial, performative and sensory narrative.

Here lighting guides rhythm, texture and contrast — connecting settings, reflecting personalities and bringing out the details that make the home an extension of the imagination.

Lighting concept

  • Recessed and surface-mounted linear profiles stitch geometries exactly, revealing the design of the vertical planes and the patterned ceilings.
  • Warm diffuse light (~2700K) in the resting areas creates welcome and contrast against the intense graphic patterns.
  • Accent points and task lighting are placed precisely to bring out furniture, art and colour composition.

Atmospheres created

  • In the bedroom and living room, the lighting is soft and scenic, balancing materials, fabrics and wallpaper against the patterned ceiling.
  • In areas such as the walk-in closet, powder rooms and passage, light takes on a geometric, graphic character, reinforcing the dialogue with the bold décor and the strong joinery.
  • In the experience areas — the photographic corridor and the powder rooms with zigzag patterns — light works as a scenographic character, creating an almost performative sequence of spaces.

  • Recessed and exposed linear systems with soft diffusion
  • Colour temperature between 2700K and 3000K
  • High CRI to render the true colours of the finishes
  • Selective use of adjustable spots with narrow beams in dramatic compositions
  • Compatible with scene control and home automation systems
